Mr. Khalid Mir is the Chief Executive Officer and principal investor of Target Logistics International (Pvt.) Ltd. With an extensive career in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, Mr. Mir has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and success.

Mr. Mir began his career in the garments and textile industry, where he held various executive positions, including Director of Export and Director of Finance, over the span of seven years. In 1990, he transitioned into the freight forwarding industry, joining Fritz Company as Director of Operations. He played a pivotal role in establishing Fritz Company’s operations in Pakistan, contributing significantly to its growth. In 1997, Mr. Mir co-founded Dynamic Logistics International (Pvt.) Ltd., which quickly became a well-known name in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Encouraged by the success of his ventures, Mr. Mir established Target Logistics International (Pvt.) Ltd., a company designed to offer a comprehensive suite of services under one roof, utilizing advanced systems for operational efficiency. His leadership and in-depth knowledge in airfreight forwarding, groupage/consolidations, corporate sales, and procedure development for international clients have earned him high regard within the industry. Mr. Mir is also an active participant in international conferences and seminars, further cementing his influence and expertise within the logistics and transportation field.

Usman Mir is Executive Director in TLI.

Mr. Usman Mir serves as the Executive Director of Target Logistics International (Pvt.) Ltd., bringing a dynamic and results-driven approach to the freight forwarding and logistics industry. With a career that began as a Sales Coordinator, he has rapidly progressed to leading the Import Sales team and managing strategic international business relationships.
His leadership journey traces back to his university days, where he actively led teams in sports and extracurricular initiatives — experiences that shaped his adaptable and collaborative leadership style. Today, he excels in navigating complex logistics challenges, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including international agents, local importers, and exporters.
Mr. Mir’s ability to tailor his approach to meet unique business demands, combined with a proactive and decisive mindset, has positioned him as a key decision-maker and growth driver within the organization.
